The Auditing menu allows administrators to view and search logs for all actions within the platform such as form updates, integration changes or submission views.
Searching
There are 6 different search parameters you can use to filter the audit log stream.
- Date and Time
This will allow you to enter a created after and created before date and time to filter your logs By default, the created after is set to 12:00 am yesterday. - Record Type
These are broken up to cover the different areas of the platform, allowing you to target your search. For example, if you are looking for who updated the Payment integration you would use the "Integration" record type. - Operation
The operations again assist in filtering the logs to find the specific record you are searching e.g. View, Create, Update, Delete, or Search. - Usernames
Filters based on searching who created the log, using the team member or app user's email address. - Access Keys
Filter based on actions associated with a specific Access Key. - IP Addresses
Filter for the IP address used to create the log.
Records
The records are broken down into 6 columns.
- Date/Time
The date and time the audit log was generated in local time. - User
Who the user was that triggered the action that created the log, or the key if the action was completed by a machine using a key. - IP Address
The user's IP Address. This can be useful when needing to distinguish between legitimate user usage and illegitimate usage. - Operation
The operation the user was performing. - Type
The record type, or the area of the platform the user was affecting. - Record Label
The label of the record that was being affected for example, if a form is updated will be the form name. - Record
The identifier for the record that was affected for example, if a form is updated this will be the form ID.
