Release Notes: 30/03/2022

Modified on Tue, 24 May 2022 at 03:04 PM

In this release we have enhancements to approvals, platform auditing, bulk replay functionality, non-latin language support, and an expansion to email templates.

For more information on each of these features read on below.

New Feature Beta

We are currently developing a new way to view, search and export data from the platform. If you are interesting in participating in the customer beta for this feature please email blake@oneblink.io for more details.

Approval Forms

A lot of forms require an approval process, many of these processes require additional information being added to the form. To account for this need we have added the Approval Forms feature to the platform. Approval forms can be added to a specific approval step and must be completed as part of the approve action.

Auditing

Customers want to be sure that they can audit all actions that occur in their account. To meet this requirement we have added the Auditing menu to the platform. The Auditing menu allows you to search on timestamps, record type, and operations to find any actions that occur in your account.

Clarification Emails

Email templates allow you to modify the content of the email body and add custom values. We aim to expand this functionality to all emails produced within the platform. This release adds email templates for the approval request clarification email, allowing you to customise the clarification emails sent as part of the approval process.

Bulk Replays

Sometimes submission into your 3rd party backend systems will fail, whether due to changes made to those end points or infrastructure maintenance, we capture your submissions and make sure they can be replayed. When these issues occur it is often not for a short period of time and multiple submissions could fail. To account for this we now allow you to replay multiple submissions at the same time.

Non-latin Languages

We want to ensure that OneBlink forms are accessible to all users. This means ensuring that non-latin languages are supported in form labels and inputs.
