Combine Form Elements in Custom PDFs

Need to fit a full name, address or other combined value into a single Custom PDF field? You can now combine multiple form elements in one field, with your own text or separators between them.

For example, you can combine a street address, suburb, state and postcode into one neatly formatted address. Simply select Free Text Entry, then add the form elements and separators in the order you want them to appear.

Accessible Alerts

Important warnings and errors can be easy to miss when they appear dynamically in a form, especially for people using screen readers.

Information elements now include an Accessible alert setting. When enabled, the message is announced by screen readers as soon as the element appears, without moving keyboard focus away from where the user is working.

Use Accessible alerts for important warnings or errors that users need to know about straight away.

Calculate Payment Amounts in Payment Events

Setting up payment amounts just got simpler.

Form builders can now set a fixed amount or create a calculation directly within the payment workflow event, with no extra hidden, read-only number or calculation elements required.
