Concurrent Approvals

We've introduced Concurrent Approvals to allow multiple approval groups to review and action a submission at the same time, rather than sequentially. Approval flows can also now support both sequential and concurrent approval steps within the same approval flow.

Archive Form

You can now archive forms to keep your active list clutter-free. Simply use the Archive option in the Forms List or the Form Summary menu. View and manage archived forms anytime from the Archived Forms tab.

Required MFA

You can now require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all Team members, Approvals users, and Data Manager users. Enabling ‘Require MFA’ ensures that users cannot access the Platform, Approvals app, or Data Manager app unless MFA is set up on their account.

Environment Level Configuration

We’ve made it easier to create and manage forms with no app required.

To support customers who want to build forms without maintaining apps, we’ve added key app settings to the environment menu. You’ll now find options for Sending Email, Notification Email, App Appearance, and Developer Tools at the environment level.

This means you can style and customise forms without needing an app. Plus, any settings shared across all apps in an environment can now be managed in one central place.

List Images

Choosing the right option just got easier. You can now add images to the checkbox, radio button, and checklist options when displaying them as buttons. This helps users quickly recognise their selection at a glance.

Repeatable Sets - Multiple Add Buttons

We've made repeatable sets even better. To improve accessibility and usability, there's now a new type of repeatable set available. In the element details, you’ll find an option to enable ‘Multiple Add Buttons’. This makes repeatable sets easier to use by including ‘Add’ buttons between each set and moving the 'Remove' button to the bottom of the repeatable set.
