Sharing Forms & Apps

This article covers how you can share your forms and apps using the OneBlink LcS. Platform Team members are able to Share links and QR codes to Forms or apps that have been created in the platform. 

Sharing Forms

In the form builder, under the summary tab, and within the information section, you will find a button that allows you to easily share your form with recipients of your choosing.

Sharing Apps

For sharing apps navigate to the summary tab for the app you would like to share. In the standard setting section under App URL you will be able to click on the share button.

Clicking this button will display a new modal with the following information

• The form/app name
• A QR code that contains a link to the form/app
• The forms/app URL
• A section allowing you to add recipients

You will be able to email recipients directly by adding their email address, to the Email Addresses section. Once you are happy with your list of recipients, click the send button and your nominated recipients will be immediately notified via email.

This email will contain the QR code and URL to the shared form/app.
