Accessing Account Menu
To access the account menu, open the Environment Picker and click the Settings option. You will be automatically taken to the account screen.

Account Details
The Account section displays your account name, account slug, pricing tier, timezone setting, and links to the OneBlink Features and Required MFA Configuration.
The timezone defaults to Australia/Sydney but can be updated to any global timezone. Changing the account timezone affects the dates and times shown on PDFs generated from the platform, such as PDFs generated by the Email + PDF workflow event.

AI Consent
The AI consent section allows you to consent to use any of the AI features and specify which environments they can be used in.
Convert PDF & Form Composer: Allow users to use AI to convert a PDF into OneBlink forms or use text prompts to create and update forms using Form Composer.
Styling Assistant: Allow users to use AI to modify the Environment Appearance configuration using text prompts or attachments.
Glimpse: Allow users to ask questions to AI, which will search the support knowledge base and provide relevant answers to their questions.
Retention Policy
Retention Policies are global account settings that control how long different types of data are stored.
Retention Policies can be set to:
- Do not store
- Store forever
- Store for a specific number of days
To activate a Retention Policy, you must agree to store data in line with the OneBlink Data Storage Disclaimer.
Retention Policies are grouped into the following categories:
- Submission Data: Form data submitted when someone completes a form.
- Workflow Attachment Links: Links used to download attachments included in workflow events. The default duration is 7 days.
- Draft Data: Form data stored when a draft is saved.
- Prefill Data: Data used for approvals, jobs, and custom pre-filled form data.
The Workflow Attachment Links policy cannot be greater than the Submission Data policy.

Form Retention Policy
Submission Data Retention Policies can also be configured for individual forms. This allows you to set a global retention policy, such as 365 days, while using a different retention policy for a specific form, such as Do not store.
A form retention policy can only be set to a duration that is less than the global retention policy duration. For example, if the global retention policy is set to 7 days, a form retention policy cannot be set to more than 7 days.

Data Manager Forms
If Data Manager is enabled for your account, you will need to choose which forms you want to use with Data Manager.
Step 1: Select the Add Data Manager Form button.
Step 2: Select the form you want to use with Data Manager.
Once a form has been selected, OneBlink will start storing new submissions for that form in Data Manager.
If a form is removed from the Data Manager Forms list, OneBlink will stop storing that form in Data Manager. This does not affect data stored in submission history.
For more information, check out the Data Manager article.

Usage
The Usage section displays an overview of the account resources being used compared to the limits for your account.
If no limit is shown, that resource does not have a limit for your account.
Usage includes:
- Public form submissions: Submissions from forms that are publicly accessible.
- Private form submissions: Submissions from forms that require the user to log in before they can access the form.
- Total App Users: The number of users across all apps in the account.
- Total Data Manager Users: The number of Data Manager Solution Applet users in the account.
- Total Team Members: The number of Team Members who have access to the account.
