The Form Templates menu is a growing library of prebuilt forms design to help get you started building your desired solutions.
Getting Started
To add a form to your account, navigate to the Form, select "Builder" and then select "Create From Template":
Search for the form you are looking for. This can be done by searching on the form name or searching for a specific for type of form by searching on the tag (e.g building, or council).
Once you found the for you want you can select it to view the preview. Modify the preview app to see different styling and how it affects the app.
Click the plus button to add the form to your account. Once the spinner has finished you'll see a pop up telling you the form has been added, click the pop up to start editing your form, or continue adding forms from the Templates menu.
