In this release we are covering the new Data Manager feature, Roles and Permission changes, Environment restrictions, and a new Freshdesk Workflow Event.

Data Manager
We have now released Data Manager to all OneBlink customers. Thank you to everyone who participated in the beta. Your ongoing feedback was greatly appreciated.
Using Data Manager you are now able to view, filter, sort and download your submission data all from within the console, or using our easy to set up Solution applet.
Permission Changes
With the release of Data Manager we want to provide you with more granular permission control over your Team Members. We have now broken out Roles, Team Members, and Retention Policies into separate permissions.
We recently encouraged you to update your existing Roles to ensure all Team Members had appropriate permissions. To view that tutorial again click the button below.
Environment Restrictions
Before now Team Members had access to all environments. We have now added the ability to restrict Team Members to specific environments. In the Team Members menu you can configure which environments each Team Member has access.
Freshdesk Enhancement
We have now also added a new Freshdesk Workflow Event to the platform. Now you are not only able to create Freshdesk tickets using OneBlink forms but update the tickets as well. Using the Freshdesk: Add Note to Ticket event you can add public notes to existing Freshdesk tickets.
