Scheduling
One of the highest requested features from local government customers was the ability to allow residents to book time with people, locations, or equipment.
To allow this we have now added the new Scheduling functionality to the platform. This allows people to submit a form and as part of the submission book an available time on your calendar.

Approval Administration
We have heard form customers the need to for a more holistic view of approvals. Allowing admins to be able to more easily find and manage approvals. To meet this need we have included the Administration menu.
Allow your administrators to filter approvals, view history of communications, view historical submissions and even reopen previously completed approvals.

Civica Authority
We have created a Civica Authority submission event integration allowing you to create CRM records to help you manage community engagement.
Along with 2 new integration elements you can configured your OneBlink forms to feed content into your Authority CRM.

Section Element & Switch Element
The Section Element allows another option for form builders to break up the form into logical sections which can be collapsed once completed.
The Switch Element now allows users to add a similar on/off switch toggle to the form as opposed to using a radio button or checkbox.
Server Side Validation
To ensure that your form submissions are valid we have included server side validation to the form.
Meaning you are able to add additional secure validation to ensure what is being submitted in the form is valid.

Generate Receipt ID
Often forms submissions will require a receipt or reference to be captured and potentially displayed to the person submitting the form. To assist with this we have included the Receipt Generation function in the platform.
